Very professional and courteous. Visited beforehand to discuss move as new property had limited/narrow access. Arrived on time and packed house quickly and without and mess. Guys had great sense of humour and helped make a stressful day much easier to handle! Vans emptied quickly on arrival and were keen to ensure that items placed in correct rooms/locations. I would definitely recommend.

The service you provided for the move was everything that I could have wished for and despite a few problems due to the ex owners being late moving out, everything went smoothly. Your personnel were patient, pleasent and helpful throughout and my wife was also very impressed with the service. The wardrobe had to be dismantled to get it up the stairs and this was carried out without any fuss and to my relief they not only rebuilt it but also rebuilt the bed. Excellent service and the words to best describe it would be totally professional. Moving is a stressful procedure but from the moment you picked up the keys and the process commenced I knew my furniture was in good hands. Other companies were slightly cheaper and one a lot cheaper but I know I made the right decision in chosing Safemove Removals.

Unlike other movers Safemove provide insurance on customer packed items and they do not charge for waiting time – this has the potential to save money and in my case, reduce anxiety around what can be a tense few hours waiting for key release confirmation. The 3 man team turned up on the day at 8am and were finished up by noon (we packed our own items). Despite the large and weighty proportions of a number of items of furniture I can happily report zero damage to items. The guys are polite and get the job done with a minimum fuss. All in all, a top service! If you are thinking of moving yourself don’t bother – Safemove will be able to help at a good price with great care taken from start to finish. I’ve already shared details with friends who are about to move.

Just want to thank you for our house move on Friday, your lads who moved us were absolutely fantastic. SafeMove Removals were awesome. Emptied the flat in record time. Arrived at the new place barely half an hour after us and unloaded in less than half an hour. Nothing got broken or damaged in the move which I really hadn’t expected. Superb job from start to finish! I’d even consider getting the full packing services next time as well.

I was really pleased with the whole package. SafeMove were very helpful in giving advice when they came out to give me a quote, answered all my questions, were very professional and instilled a sense that they knew what they were doing. They were also about the most reasonable quote I received. I used their packing service also and when they packed up our belongings they took care over it and made sure everything was packed up safely – nothing was broken or lost in the move. They were helpful and courteous throughout. On the moving day they turned up on time and were very helpful through a very fraught move (we exchanged and completed on the same day we moved!). They labeled all the boxes as they packed and unloaded quickly, putting the boxes in the right rooms and reassembled the beds. I cannot praise them highly enough. Brilliant Thanks Guys
